Phylogenetic systematics of selected organisms
- Development of evolutionary scenarios based on field work, taxonomy, morphology/anatomy and DNA sequence comparison
- Taxonomic focus: forget-me-not clade (Boraginales, flowering plants) and unicelluar dinophytes/dinoflagellates (protists)
